The WIlt Oven Model 125 is a bell type design glass annealing oven where the heat is retained in the oven and prevents exposure to excessive heat by the operator. The glass annealing oven must be calibrated to control the heat within the unit, as well as ensure accurate temperature reads. With the Wilt Oven Model 125 Calibration Procedure app, an operator is guided through the entire process of calibrating the glass annealing oven. The app describes oven specifications and the standards and equipment required for the calibration procedure. The operator will record the ambient temperature and begin set-up of the thermocouple with user-friendly color-coded steps and diagrams. Through the process, the operator will measure and record the temperature readings in the oven. This app should be used in conjunction with the Wilt Oven Model 125 Record Form app.

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
