All students will meet all health requirements of the long term care facilities where they are engaged in Clinical field practicum. If you have had a physical and a TB Test within the last 12 months, you will need a copy of results from your physician. The Health Evaluation for CNA Students mobile app contains a section to be completed by the student prior to see physician and a section to be completed by your physician.
