This app has been prepared to meet the requirements of Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 112 (40 CFR part 112), and supercedes the earlier Plan developed to meet provisions in effect since 1974. Information contained in this report, and any supporting documentation, must be submitted to the EPA Region 1 Regional Administrator, and to MADEP, within 60 days of the qualifying discharge incident.
