With the cell phone repair form, repair shop customers or cellular technicians can fill out the repair services form using any mobile device, including a smartphone or tablet.
The cell phone repair report app records customer service details, cellular telephone information, warranty information and the terms and conditions of the repair work. Customers can also input the reason for service, such as screen repair, water damage, other accidental damage and charging port issues. Once the phone has been repaired, both the repair services technician and customer can sign off on the form electronically and save it for their records.
