Client Insurance, Auto Condition and Hold Harmless Agreement

Agreement includes the following details:

Client requests this company and its affiliate companies individually and collectively "General Drive" to provide a chauffeur to drive client's automobile as requested by client and so authorizes such. If for any reason client wishes to be assigned another chauffeur . Client will contact company before trip.

Clint believes it's automobile is in good, safe condition and client has no knowledge of any condition to the contrary.

Client certifies that it carries automobile insurance providing minimum liability limits of $250,000 bodily injury each person, $500,000 accident, $$50,000 property damage, collision and comprehensive coverage, that there are no driving restrictions in the policies, and that such policies are in full force and effect.

Client will advise this company of any changes in the condition of his vehicle or insurance coverage.

Client hereby releases, agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless this company and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and independent contractors from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, cost, judgments, injuries including death or other losses or damages which arise from or relating to this company and it's officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and independent contractors providing services to client.
