Some of the terms and conditions include: Buyer states that he or she is aware that belt promotions are not guaranteed are up to the students personal progress. Seller is not liable for the loss or theft, or damage to, the personal property of the buyer / student. Buyer / student agrees to keep and obey all the rules and regulations now in force or in the future prescribed by the seller and the seller reserves the right to revoke this membership for cause if buyer / student fails to keep and have any of such rules and regulations without refund to the buyer or any monies paid to the seller. Buyer and student information is also included in this Registration Form.
