This mobile app helps users fill out summer food service program daily meal count forms.

Users are able to record site information (site name, supervisor name, etc.). Additionally, users can record meal types as well. Users can use our easy to use simple list to check off how many meals have been taken and it will add up at the end of the app. These meal counts are the first meals, second meals, and adult meals. Users can input notes at the end of the app. Instructions are also included in the app if users need any clarification. Additionally, users must sign-off at the end of the app in order to create a submission.
