The overall purpose is to provide guidelines that will help ensure public safety and protection of existing underground facilities. This app is not intended to be a step-by-step procedure manual, but rather a collection of fundamental elements of the HDD process. The HDD Contractor shall keep detailed and accurate records of all activities associated with the HDD process. Upon completion of HDD installations, the Permittee shall provide As Built plans and any supporting documents within 60 days of project completion.
