This is the Truck Haul Card app.

This is a simple, but effective app because the User enters all the general information for the truck and the trip, then inside the loop, the User enters the trip number and takes a picture of the scale and document the load vs. dump time, which the app will calculate automatically. On the last screen, the app will calculate how many trips were taken and allow for the driver to sign their name in the app.
