This app has been adopted and applied to work for response to transportation accidents involving radioactive material or other hazardous materials incidents. The procedures apply to those personnel who have responsibilities. Furthermore, this procedure is intended for use on any response involving actual or potential radiological or other hazardous material release.
List all known or suspected hazardous substances and concentrations suspected to be on-scene. Identify the primary hazard of each. NOTE: The Hazardous Material Data Sheet should be completed for each hazardous substance listed.
