This app is used to take down details of a location, then collect and document samples from that location. The first screen is for the location information, this screen is extensive as it has the company address and contact information, as well as project name and how to provide the results of the test. two of the screen within the app show the Test Codes for Non Culturable Air Samples and Other Microbiology items. Beneath these screens is a Loop Screen to enter your findings. The Loop Screen will allow the User to add as many test sample as they've taken, then give all of the information found for that sample. When the user is done, they can have the client sign their name for approval.
