Food Establishment. A plan review is required at least 30 days prior to operation, at which time a Commissary Agreement and a plan lay-out of the mobile food establishment must be provided. Approval of the plans and specifications is required PRIOR to the start of construction or remodel. Licensing fees are due at the time of application, or plan review. (whichever comes first) Once a plan review has been conducted and approval granted, you must notify the Health Department at least 15 days before anticipated opening to request a Pre-operational inspection.
