Project Manager is maintaining the construction site schedule. The app is intended for Soil Treatment subcontractor work. The General Contractor, Construction Company or Soil Treatment Subcontractor should use the app when requesting scheduling data so that they can determine any delays to the construction project and the exact schedule to complete the construction project based on the new extended time of performance. When the Soil Treatment Subcontractor reviews the scheduling data, they must evaluate the impact on the Soil Treatment work as a result of being forced to perform work out of sequence, changes to the construction contract and the fact that other contractors and subcontractor may interfered with and delayed the ability to perform the work per the construction contact and the subcontractor agreement. The app creates a PDF that can simply be emailed and kept for project management records.
