Painting Notice of Non-Payment

Notice of Non-Payment mobile app with a mobile device to submit a notice of non-payment for the completion of painting work. Use the app to notify the construction project manager, as well as the property owner, that as of the date of the letter, the painting subcontractor has not received final payment. The failure to make payment constitutes a material breach of the painting contract. If within seven days from the date of the letter, the painting subcontractor does not receive final payment of the amount due and owed they will exercise their rights under the contract, which may include termination for material breach. Nothing contained herein shall constitute a waiver of painting subcontractor’s claims for interest on past-due amounts or for interest on past-due amount or for other damages that may result from this breach or the exercise of the of painting subcontractor’s right to terminate the contract. Additional actions, such as a construction lien submitted to the county recorder may result from failure to make payment
