This tax is levied on real property that is sold, and is typically collected at the time a deed is recorded in a county register. These specific property taxes are a part of all real estate transactions, with some exemptions noted for family, or business transactions. The tax rate is set by the county, and is levied any time there is a conveyance of a property that is subject to consideration (no-consideration deeds may be subject to exemption).
This form does the calculations for Consideration and Computed Value, based upon a range of factors set by the state and county.

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
