The electrical invoice template includes the client's billing address, the date and name of the project (including project number or account number), and a description of the electrical work performed. The form is separated into 3 major sections - Labor, Materials, and Equipment. For the Labor section, any number of employees, and independent electricians can be entered, along with the number of hours worked (regular and OT), the hourly labor rate, and the total amount of labor cost for each employee or general contractor. The Materials section includes a description of the materials (, etc) the quantity of each, unit price and total cost. Finally, the Equipment section includes the type/size of equipment ( etc), quantity, repair and maintenance work performed, hours, hourly rate, and total cost. The form then has a final total electrical cost for all the services performed on the project, as well as signature fields for who prepared the final invoice, and who accepts it from the company. This service invoice form can be used by any demolition business or independent electricians that offer services that needs to create an invoice (electronically or as a pdf doc) for customers or for billing clients for a job or electrical services.

Don't take our word for it...
“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
