The bid includes the cleaning company's address as well as the client's name and address. The bid states that the company proposes to supply all materials (cleaning supplies, cleaning materials, raw materials etc) and labor (contractors etc) necessary to complete the work, and then details each line item of work to be completed, with a total cost for labor and materials for each line. The form then has a total for all the work requested on the project, as well as signature fields for a representative of the cleaning business, and one for a representative of the client requesting the work.
