The bid includes the plastering company's address as well as the client's name and address. The bid states that the company proposes to supply all materials (plaster material, stucco, base coat, lime putty, cement, mortar, plasterboard etc) necessary to complete the work, and then details each line item of work to be completed, with a total cost for labor (painters, contractors etc) and materials for each line. The form then has a total for all the work requested on the project, as well as signature fields for a representative of the plastering business, and one for a representative of the client requesting the work.
