This app covers the areas that should be tended to regularly to ensure you are complying to relevant regulations, such as food safety programs, policies, procedures, compliance, standards, quality control, customs and other requirements.

Checklists are to be used as required for audits of authorities with imported food control responsibilities (food not of animal origin) at points of entry into the UK i.e. sea and air ports, along with their arrangements for the control of imported feed. In addition, these checklists are to be used where relevant for the audit of inland authorities in respect of controls of both food not of animal origin and products of animal origin. For inland authorities there are specific additional checklists which should also be used . For those authorities where a significant imported feed element has been identified, the specific imported feed and food protocols and checklists should be used.
