The manager will provide details about the ship including the name of the ship, type of vessel, port of registry, and gross tonnage. Details about the installation including certification, source of electrical power, configuration report, and transponder type should be noted.
The report will also provide information about the static information about the ship and dynamic information about navigational status and voyage related information. Details about the performance test using measured instruments and on air performance tests will be documented. Any possible electromagnetic interference from the automatic identification system towards other electronic installations will also be noted.
