Confidential bids for vehicles will be provided to credit unions by dealerships. No guarantee of the motor vehicle will be provided by the owner or credit union.
All vehicles that are bid on will be sold as-is. The owner provides no liability for mechanical defects, frame defects, expired warranties, or other defects not known of. All bidders will agree to all terms and conditions of the state and credit union, including any possible payment of taxes for the vehicle.
