The New Mexico Request for Criminal Arrest Record Information app will allow for an individual to request their criminal arrest record to challenge an existing record.

The individual will provide their name, contact information, and a driver's license or state issued identification to the Children, Youth, and Families Department. The request will be used to challenge a record provided to the department in regards to an adoption or foster parent application.
A copy of a recently provided State and Federal Record Response Sheet should be provided to assist in the challenge of the records. The criminal arrest record provided by the State's Criminal History Records Repository will be used to challenge the previously sent RAP sheet to the Children's Department.
