Full details of the designer, owner, start and end date of construction, including a General Arrangement Plan or Pocket Plan for the design must be submitted. The owner should provide details about the construction site, outfitting site, hull class designation, dimensions of the vessel, type of propulsion, and cargo information including all types of iron ore.
To be classified as a bulk carrier all certificates and documents for international travel, certification for the transportation of iron ore, nickel ore, or other materials, and other documents necessary for the vessel to travel in international waters must be submitted.
