The List of Subcontractors with Verification app will provide a list tracking all subcontractors hired by a bidder to work on the construction project. The information of all subcontractors listed by the bidder must be submitted with the bid proposal. The subcontractor company full name and address and verified license number or registration number will be listed.
Details about each subcontractor will need to be detailed next to the companies. If the subcontractor is a subsidiary of the bidding company, it should be noted on the form. Which company will provide insurance for the work and employees during the project should also be listed. The small business subcontractors and DVBE participation amounts and percentage of bid being worked on should all be detailed on the form.
