The date, time, location, type of hazardous material spilled and amount will be logged. The chemicals or petroleum products discharged will include descriptions of the exact type of hazardous material, chemical names, concentration of the chemical, and whether the spill involved was extremely hazardous or a CERCLA hazardous substance.
The amount of the hazardous chemical released into the environment will be listed by quantity and which environmental medium was effected.
