On a job site, a vertical lifeline is a length of synthetic fiber or steel wire rope that is suspended to an anchor point. These lifelines become a part of a fall arrest/fall protection system as during a fall, a braking device, or lanyard device, will engage to stop a fall. Using a shock-absorbing lanyard, a fall can be safely broken, or using a deceleration device, a fall can turn into a slow descent.

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
