Crime Scene: Temperature and Weather Data

Some of the most often overlooked components of a crime scene by law enforcement are the environmental ones - the weather and temperature in particular. Ensuring that environmental conditions are noted from a crime scene is important for a broad range of reasons including determining a time of death for a homicide from body temperature, to ensuring that physical evidence isn't impacted due to rain or humidity. Crime scene investigators can utilize this app to record whether the weather is sunny, overcast, drizzling, snowing, partly sunny, foggy, raining, sleeting, and more. Additionally, the air temperature, water temperature, and humidity are noted, and the time temperatures were recorded is noted.
