VOCs are volatile organic compounds. This California app features a chart for users to document operator information, equipment details, and authorization details. Users must fill out the app for each facility. This app helps facilities promote safety by checking that 1) all inks, coatings, adhesive, fountain solution, polyester resin and gel coat type materials, an associated VOC-containing solvents used in this equipment contain fifty (50) grams or less of VOC per liter of material, 2) all clean up solvents used in this equipment contain twenty five (25) grams or less of VOC per liter of material, and 3) the total annual quantity of VOC emissions from this equipment does not exceed one ton of emissions.
