The Customer Return Report has four basic screens: return report, item list, office administration section & special notes and signature.

You can track basic customer information, report date, date of return, time of return, items, quantity ordered, description, unit count, unit price, total amount, date shipped, customer order number, commission paid and credit issued. You can also add more fields as necessary. For example, if you wanted fields for re-stocking fees or instructions for returns without receipts, you could create those within a few minutes.

This Customer Return Report Form makes customer returns quick and easy. The total returned is automatically added and calculated. Additionally, this application also allows for signature capture from the customer so that the transaction can be completed right then and there.
