Once the Recycle Shipping Report mobile app has been completed, it saves the results electronically as a secure PDF for your waste management records. Civil penalties of up to five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) per day may be assessed for violation of the laws and regulations governing this report. In addition, the submission of false information with the intent to defraud is a crime punishable by substantial fines, up to three year’s imprisonment, or both.
