Toro Self-Propelled Greens Mower Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Form

The app provides a basic Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Form but it can be customized to meet your human resources needs and requirements. The app documents items such as required/recommended trainings, required PPE, the app takes a picture of the equipment, name of shop or dept and person analyzing. This Job Safety Analysis app analyzes tasks such as: ALWAYS make sure the mower is ‘OFF’ before inspecting, trying to remove debris from the deck, or trying to remove debris from the debris discharge area. Employee dons the proper Personal Protective Equipment before the job begins. replacing the blade, cleaning the deck, and general maintenance. The app also lists hazards such as: Mower blade may cut hands during inspection. Pedestrians walking by when working in particular areas. Poses a hand/finger hazard (cuts) when performing maintenance. (i.e. – The blade may cut the hand or finger when being taken off or put back on.) The JSA includes controls like: Wear proper hand protection (gloves) during the initial inspection of the mower. Hand protection and foot protection should be worn when removing debris. Before removing debris, release the safety lever so the mower cuts ‘OFF’.
