If the employee feels they have a problem with alcohol or drugs, they may contact using the app for assistance in arranging chemical dependency evaluation and treatment. If your Reasonable Suspicion drug or alcohol test is positive, the employee may be required to undergo a chemical dependency evaluation before returning to work. The timing of their return to work will partially depend on the evaluator’s recommendations.
