This tool should be used to support ongoing processes that involve regular communication among staff and between staff and families. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as the client's name, presenting needs, immediate need triage, AOD uses information and program. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your substance abuse assistance records.
