It is to be filled-out anytime a deficiency is found on a vessel or one of its systems that are required to be monitored in accordance with the Tank Barge Action Plan. A Correction Report is to be completed whether or not the item is repaired on the spot or remains outstanding. The completed forms shall be retained on file for 2 years, and made available to the Coast Guard during its TBSIP Oversight Inspections. The TBSIP Tanker Barge Streamlined Inspection Program: Correction Report mobile app allows you to replace your paper report with an Android, iPhone, tablet or Windows desktop computer.
