This app was developed as a sample that AWO members may use as a suggested guide for developing their own means of recording inspections and other information required under EPA's Vessel General Permit (VGP).

This document must be kept for a period not less than three years after the termination of coverage under the VGP. The VGP Maintenance & Discharge Information Log mobile app allows you to replace your paper log with an iPhone, Android, tablet or Windows desktop computer.
