The Master and the Management Company shall submit, without delay, to the Competent Authority the Six Month List of the Seafarers engaged, discharged and/or repatriated on forms M.S. 50 on the 30th of June and 31st of December of each year. Failure to comply with this requirement constitutes an offense.
