Used oil: This is oil which has been used by the Restaurant for cooking food, and which has reached the end of its useful service life as a food ingredient. It must not contain motor oil or water or other liquids such as cleaning fluids, detergents, bleaches etc. The oil must be liquid at room temperature (20C or more).
