This app agreement will serve as a contract between waste oil collection company and the named customer to provide cooking oil for restaurant use as well as to cleanly, safely, and efficiently remove waste oil from the restaurant.

Provide sealable containers that customers will use to fill with used cooking oil. Remove waste oil and replenish fresh oil supply on an agreed upon and timely manner.
