2:90-1.3 (a)2, Chpt. 19 (rev. 2017). You have the option to test subsoil in areas of your site for excessive soil compaction. However, remediation (tilling or ripping 6” deep) is required in these areas if testing determines that subsoils are excessively compacted (see below). This form must be filled out completely and submitted to the local soil conservation district prior to the district performing a Report of Compliance inspection. The New Jersey Soil Compaction Mitigation Verification Form mobile app allows you to replace your paper verification with an iPhone, Android, tablet or Windows desktop computer. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as date, project name, SCD Number, municipality and captures a signature. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. “I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
