The refrigerated condenser must be designed to operate so temperature on the outlet side of the refrigerated condenser is 45 °F or less, as measured before the end of the cooldown or drying cycle while the gas/vapor stream is flowing through the refrigerated condenser. The carbon absorber must be desorbed in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. The Perchloroethylene Dry Cleaner Notification mobile app allows you to replace your paper notification with a tablet or smartphone. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as facility name, owner, estimated installation date, equipment information and captures signatures. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your air quality control records.
