In many cases, a tractor owner may rent out one, or many tractors, for small operations, or those that do not have the need for a tractor year round, or who may need one for only a short period. When this is done, it is essential that the Tractor Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement be used to ensure that the lessor and lessee are in agreement about the rental terms and that any damage to the tractor is solely the responsibility of the renter. This app provides a clause to indemnify and hold harmless the equipment owner for damage that occurs to the equipment and reduces the financial liability of the equipment owner by shifting that burden to the renter. The terms and conditions of the agreement are clear in this app, and any damage beyond normal wear and tear is to be paid for by the equipment lessee, up to and including the replacement cost or actual replacement of the equipment. In the event legal proceedings must be initiated to collect unpaid rent or repairs for lost, damaged, or stolen equipment, attorneys' fees and costs are also to be paid by the lessee. Full indemnity for loss damage is provided to the tractor owner. This app is easily customizable, and new terms can easily be added to the agreement including new obligations of the lessee or lessor, a requirement for obtaining liability insurance, ensuring that the tractor is returned in good condition, and more.

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
