The Hoarding Intervention Volunteer Visit Report app allows a volunteer to document each visit with a compulsive hoarder. For each intervention session, volunteer completes a section in the app on client's appearance and demeanor, noting any signs of health issues, anxious or OCD behavior, or change in hoarding behavior. Using this app, a volunteer can record any de-cluttering activity or items discarded or donated as part of the hoarder's intervention plan. The volunteer can report any additional concerns or comments such as suggestions for harm reduction or in-home support services that may benefit the client. This user-friendly app provides a way for volunteers and program coordinators to communicate about hoarding behavior a client to best support the health and safety of the compulsive hoarder and provide the most effective intervention services.

Don't take our word for it...
“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
