The app includes a site journal and captures photos that are saved in inspection report. During a site inspection, field coordinators should take photos of the following and store the photos: cross street signs, general photos of the encampment, photos of individual tents, debris fields, obstructions or hazards and vehicles/RVS /license plates. For regular encampment clean-ups, all checklist items in the app must be marked “Yes” at the start time of the event in order to proceed with the clean-up. If for any reason the of the following questions are answered “No” the field coordinator must immediately halt the clean-up activities. Hazard and obstruction clean-ups are excluded from this. The Homeless Encampment Site Inspection mobile app allows you to replace your paper inspection with a handheld mobile device like a smartphone or tablet. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as site, site address, date of inspection, date of clean up and captures inspector's signature. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your professional biohazard cleanup records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form.

Don't take our word for it...
“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
