Depending on the seismic intensity and building design, different components of a building may suffer damage. The Earthquake Evaluation Checklist app helps users to perform a damage evaluation and assessment to determine if a building or area surrounding a building is safe. The app notes two types of issues - critical life safety issues, and less serious issues. For example, in the event of a fire, or if the smell of natural gas is noted, the fire department should be called immediately. If a visual inspection of a building reveals water leaks, loose light fixtures, or broken plaster, the user should make a determination based on the evaluation and damage assessment as to whether the building is safe to re-enter.

Don't take our word for it...

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
