The app inspects areas such as the following: Counts are conducted by two facility personnel and their counts are compared to ensure they achieve identical results. Official count slips are signed by all facility personnel who conducted the count for their respective area. Supervisory personnel personally receive the count in the control center once during their shift if a count is conducted. Official count documentation is retained for a designated period, but not less than 30 days. The Jail Vulnerability Assessment: Inmate Accountability mobile app allows you to replace your paper assessment with an iPhone, Android, tablet or Windows desktop computer. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as date of jail assessment, the name of jail, location, prison auditor and captures the auditor's signature. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your prison safety records.
