The app agreement includes the fee for bee placement as well as a special note regarding property access. The Property Owner shall ensure a constant source of water for the bees. The Property Owner understands that the bee colony, hive, and honey remain the property of the Beekeeper. The Property Owner will promptly notify the Beekeeper if the bees become too aggressive or if unusual behavior or conditions are observed.
