The app records the date of the hive inspection, disease treatment such as physical, mechanical or cultural treatments, chemicals applied and efficacy. The app allows the inspector to record hive inspection comments and note if the hives need to be quarantined. The Bee Keeping Disease Record mobile app allows you to replace your paper record with a smartphone, tablet or computer. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as date, hive number, diseases and treatments, efficacy and captures inspector's signature. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your beekeeping records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form.
