The app lists the number of bee colonies, the rental rate for hives, dates of delivery and terms and agreement. The beekeeper will maintain hives in proper pollinating condition by inspecting, feeding, medicating, or treating for mites as needed. A beekeeper is not responsible and, as a condition of this agreement, will be held harmless for the inherent risk of bee stings to people, animals, or livestock. The Beekeeper and Grower Contract mobile app allows you to replace your paper contract with a mobile device like a smartphone or tablet. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as date, growers name, terms of the agreement, grower's responsibility and captures the grower and beekeeper's signatures. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your beekeeping records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form.
