A pile driver subcontractor uses a device by the same name to drive piles deep into the ground or into the soil to provide structural support for a building. Due to the specialized skills and equipment required, a general contractor will often subcontract with a pile driver engineer or subcontractor to take on this task in construction. Contractors and subcontractors work together to find the ideal cost for the scope of services required. With the Pile Driver Subcontractor Pre-Bid Scope of Works app, a contractor can collate bid proposals and a cost estimate to subcontract a pile driver. Using the app, the contractor will document the scope of services by line item. The task list may begin with analyzing the general conditions of the soil or bringing the piles to the construction site. For each bidder, app user will indicate if the listed item is a service included in the bid package along with a base bid for the work.

“I’m not a tech guy and I was able to pick this thing up in probably an hour, and actually start to build apps. I’ve done them over lunch when I’ve gotten frustrated with a process that didn’t exist in our company. So for non tech people who’ve got a problem, the support here is awesome and I’d recommend it to anybody, not just in our industry.”
