The instructor will verify each skill is demonstrated correctly and safely. The app includes skills requiring the individual to keep their finger off the trigger and the firearm pointed in a safe direction. This is a pass/fail test. Individuals are to use their duty firearm and the test is conducted on a range. The Handgun Test Form (Form CJT 729) mobile app allows you to replace your paper test form with a tablet or smartphone. The mobile form includes fields to document items such as range name, range location, shooter, instructor and captures signatures. Once the mobile app is filled out a secure PDF is generated. The PDF is easy to share, and a copy is stored in your account for your Fugitive Recovery records. You can also use the App Builder to personalize and customize this mobile form.
